Aren't
friends the best? They come in all shapes and sizes...
the besties that you can tell anything to, the friends
that help you capture feral kittens in hundred degree
weather, the friends that tell you that everything will
be okay, that your art is worthwhile, that send you cookbooks,
art ideas, advice on how to take care of elderly parents,
sourdough starter, links to cool videos. They drive you
to the airport, send cheerful texts and postcards. They
bring you cake or wine or go for walks with you, depending
on what you need. Having a few really good friends make
life richer and sweeter, don't you think?

was reading about a Harvard study that lasted over 75
years and followed the lives of hundreds of people. What
lead to lasting happiness wasn't money or fame but the
ones who had the most "warm relationships""Happiness
is love"
So
do me a favor, write a list of your best friends and do
something nice for them to show how awesome they make
the world. It could be a handmade present, a chocolate,
lunch or just a phone call. Let me know how it goes. :-)
