Thanksgiving
People !
"How
wonderful it would be if we could help our children and
grandchildren to learn thanksgiving at an early age. Thanksgiving
opens the doors. It changes a child's personality. A child
is resentful, negative—or thankful. Thankful children
want to give, they radiate happiness, they draw people."
~ Sir John Templeton
“No
longer forward nor behind
I look in hope or fear;
But, grateful, take the good I find,
The best of now and here.
~ John Greenleaf Whittier

Hello
and hello!
This
month's newsletter goes out to more than eighteen thousand
people all over the world... I find this to be somewhat daunting
and at the same time amazing.
Thanksgiving is next week so I've been thinking about all
the things that I have to be thankful for, my family which
is large and warm and a little bit crazy, my friends who make
me rich and also the work that I was able to do this year.
How
about you? What are you particularly grateful for this November?
What parts of your life make you really glad? I hope that
there are many!
When
you see someone that you are thankful for I hope that you
tell them, teachers, nurses, the guy the picks up the trash
and the girl that takes your order at the counter. Thank yous
are always nice words to say.
Best thoughts,
