Start by cutting out Charles and Brook. Then attach their little stands as shown. Now they can watch you work.
Cut out the Carousel base. Don't glue the sides or bottom just yet. You need to add the inner workings. Cut out the center hole, the six little slots where the gazebo fits and the hole for the arrow wheel. Here is the arrow wheel and the smaller blue circle is the base for the merry-go-round. The two little flaps for the arrow wheel pop up through the center hole. The smaller blue merry-go-round base glues to the two little tabs. When glued the dark pink arrow wheel and smaller light blue wheel should look like this. Turn it from time to time to make sure the glue doesn't stick.
