Cut out the gazebo.
Fold and glue the two gazebo pieces. Cut out flag and fold over and glue. Glue the two pieces of the gazebo together. Don't forget the flag on top at this point. While you are waiting for the gazebo to dry make the Seahorse Carousel sign.
